Management is authoritative rather than transparent. Management only superficially encourages diversity, while employees and team put down people with mental health issues or other disabilities. They say one thing but do the exact opposite.
Most IT managers have no IT experience and make arbitrary decisions based on the ranking of the employee providing the information within the company. Business units do not talk to each other, creating a huge amount of redundancy. Management has a strong desire to replace old employees with new grads.
