Kindly appeal to all Job seekers to not join this worst company.It is a hell of a company to work for especially fresher's .The management will scrutinize your time and life with worst decisions so called CTO of that org is the master of it.
Cons
Everything is Worser.No employee benefits ,no work life balance. HR of that company doesn't have the capacity to make decisions she relies on the CTO and management.No appraisal.Be aware of the bond concept they will bring on table during process which will cause harm during exit.
