Pros

- Some of the best people you’ve ever met will be your co-workers - Certain managers on certain teams are incredibly flexible and accommodating - Nice office space - Free lunches (in office) - Flexible WFH options, handled COVID-19 admirably

Cons

- Poorly executed sales strategy left employees scrambling to both know the product and know the targeted demographics - Increasing lack of transparency from leadership. Poor planning left 50% of the sales team suddenly looking for new jobs after a budget-related mass layoff. - Product falls behind the competition and is priced more expensively than key competitors. Not easy to close deals here.

Pros

This was a business full of smart and engaging minds with a vision for the future. It quickly crumbled the second half of 2020 and totally fell apart Q1 of 2021.

Cons

This is not a high growth SaaS business or really a SaaS business at all. The sales team is tasked with selling a product that takes months to stand up and costs a multiple of any other solution on the market while having a fraction of the features. Team and family are talked about but as always, actions speak louder than words and the rounds of layoffs and folks leaving on their own tells the story.
