      They offer great benefits for all employees. They also have nice perks (e.g. they pay for parking and provide lunch everyday).

      Cons

      They pay staff below market rate and rarely give raises. You have to go into the office every day.

      You are not allowed an opinion, the Management has the worst attitude I have ever had the misfortune to work for. You cannot trust anyone off them I’m sad to say. Became intolerable once Shroders took over! Watch your back…
