      + Quiet, productive workplace + Autonomy + Stocked Kitchen

      Cons

      - Developers & CEO seem to prefer making new features rather than fixing broken parts of the website. - Sales desparately seeks larger "high volume" customers that their tool is clearly not designed for. - Advancement ladder is short, and very easy to climb. A good worker can hit their cap quickly. - Pay does not scale well with responsibility & performance.

      Pros

      My start date was many years ago and at that time it was an amazing place work. Lots of promise, lots of recognition for a job well done. Many ways to make contributions and enhance the production of the software development growth for the company. Overall, at that time, a great place to gain experience and put ideas into place.

      Cons

      Rate of pay not competitive. Company now managed from another region of the U.S. which made uncertainty among former colleagues a common discussion.

      unprofessional talks, full on gossip environment created by the directors of the company in india.

      Cons

      Lesser chances to grow, interference of senior manger in your personal life especially with females employees. Female employes think twice before joining this company in India. Biggest Lewds are the directors only. so BEWARE....

      Feedback from a disgruntled employee whose services were terminated for missing from work even after his 2 week of sanctioned offs were over. We took action after communicating with him via phone and email for several days. Just have a look at what he wrote under 'Pros' and the spelling of manager written as 'manger' and you'll know how sensible this person is.
