Pros
- A small work environment in which you work very closely with the CEO and other account managers, giving you tons of say and freedom in the creative strategy. - Wide variety of clients that utilize both traditional PR and Social/ Digital Media - Fun work environment where you feel supported and have tons of room for learning and growth - Kind and Compassionate Staff with a strong feeling of community
Cons
- Must be able to multitask which takes drive and organization - Although the company is very supportive and my colleagues are helpful , you must be self motivating

I always feel that I am acknowledged by senior staff and all concerns voiced are truly considered, not just swept by the wayside. I am used to other company cultures where your mental health and well-being are not paramount. BGPR is totally different. I get a text almost daily from my superiors reminding me to step away for a moment and just breathe. When we have challenging days, they reach out and we talk about it. Honestly, best work environment I have ever had.
Cons
Sometimes working remotely can cause delays in processes, but honestly, that's it.
