      Cannot progress in the company Too many people are stuck in their ways Too many managers won’t listen to problems and just hide behind rose tinted glasses Not good for mental health

      Good ethics and culture, with a charitable outlook.

      Cons

      Benefits good but pay is below market average. Management is tiresome with poor decisions, poor IT investment and excessive red tape.

      Pros

      Nice location. And the charity and church links are very refreshing.

      Cons

      The working environment can be difficult. The management structure in London is highly incestuous. They talk about diversity a huge deal but not very much evidence of this in reality.
