1. Management… Probably because they are under pressure by the upper ups but wow, constant pressure and stress on the team! Mean in general, if you do something wrong - dirty looks for the next 2 weeks. “Gossiping” or better described as “bad mouthing” between eachother .
2. Pay is low.
3. Bonuses are very hard to achieve.
4. God forbid you request a day off or holidays! You will not be receiving approval til last minute.
5. Racism. Big if not a HUGE issue. Prepare to be told to follow POC around the store. Management will put on a brave face and follow the people too.
6. Career growth practically impossible and unachievable .
7. Having conversations or being close with your co-workers is not appreciated at the workplace (even before clocking in)
