If you choose to work here, you need to be prepared. STRESS WILL BECOME AN INEVITABLE PART OF YOUR LIFE. You will do more work than you ever imagined and work even through exhaustion. The management will still not be happy and push you to take on more work. BEWARE! Another thing I disliked about this employer was the LOW PAY. We were all doing more work than we had signed up for. So, we deserved better pay than what was promised. When we highlighted this issues, the management became rude and disrespectful. It was TERRIBLE!

-Top management never listens to employees ideas for change and improvement on the subsidiaries. They want to keep the status quo and not think like a global manufacturer. This starts from HQ in Germany. -Highly stressful work environment because no processes are in place, lack of proper training for employees, impossible deadlines to meet. -No work/life balance exists for all technical positions. -The culture is like the Hunger Games, whenever an order is assigned then the blaming game will start and it is all departments against all departments to see which one makes a mistake and be blamed for. -People leaving all the time because there is no room for career advancement. -Top Management think they are the smartest people in the room and don't give the opportunity to implement ideas given by younger employees.
