They pay very low, despite significant years of legal experience. They also tell you one thing, and then do another. The raise process is horrible and very low given the amount of work you are expected to handle. The higher ups talk down to the employees and use fear tactics to find out information on other employees. Lots of gossip. Some employees are treated better than others, just depends on who you are. High turnover in the 6+ years i was employed by them. Overall feeling of the company not caring about their employees.

Extremely Low wage. No training. Virtual gossip mill. Very loud,very noisy. One attorney screams all the time. HR never has your back for anything. Place sucks.
