Good hours/perks, working for a genuine market leader with a lot of USP’s. CEO also very good, aware/targeting of customer focus/feedback and areas of improvement mentioned below.

Small business, easy to get to know everyone to some degree. The employee benefits are good and the company works to take care of its employees.

Cons

The company needs to become a bit better organized and operate more efficiently. Going in can be frustrating, as systems are old and people have been there a long time and may not know how the rest of the world works.
