The Clients and some of the co workers were wonderful
Cons
Management has no idea what they are doing, they randomly fire people simply because they don't like them. They do not communicate anything that is going on, and they do not have a good training program in place, its a shame that Eppa Rixey sold his agency to these types of people

Berry Insurance Group truly cares about their customers and employees. I am so grateful to find a place with great company culture, a generous benefits package and ample time off. Once a month BIG brings in a speaker to discuss health and wellness and provides a wide variety of healthy snacks to all staff. They invest in the whole person, not just person at the office from 8:30 am-5:00 pm.
Cons
No negative aspects of my job or Berry Insurance Group.
