Thank you for your review! We try to hire people who are great with working in teams and individually on tasks. Our management also really appreciates the kind words as well. We are trying our best and will continue trying to do so.

Pros

Weekly pay, 401k, I met some great people.

Cons

Owner micromanages, she is rude and jumps on things before she has accurate information which means she accuses before she knows, the treatment of employees is horrible. Things behind the scene go on that are not ethical all the time. I have heard about them and then witnessed it myself.

Hello poster, thank you for your review. We are happy to be able to give our employees benefits and weekly pay! We also do have a great staff! The owner is involved in her company and works with the COO and HR Generalist on a daily basis when issues or concerns arise. We are not too sure how she can treat employees badly, but also offer so many benefits such as 401k, insurance stipend, mileage reimbursement, weekly and monthly bonuses, company outings and so much more. I’m sorry your experience hasn’t been like the staff we currently have that seem to be very happy with the schedules, hours and benefits they receive. We have a normal turnover rate that we are not concerned with. Thank you!

Pros

Professional development time weekly , pays a decent amount for mileage traveled between clients

Cons

Lazy incompetent people get rewarded by dojo points . The hard working people get burnt out quickly because they have lots of hours. Incompetent people are trying to train people with a lot of skills . It does not matter to much now because all skilled staff left or are leaving .

Hello poster, if you are a current employee, we are sorry that you feel this way and do not intend on making any of our employees feel burnt out or are not being trained by professionals. We had our quarterly check in over the last 2 weeks with every employee and no one spoke about any of these issues. We value work life balance and check in and adjust staff schedules regularly in order to avoid burnout. Our dojo point system is to reinforce specific work behaviors and is well received by other staff who gain access frequently to gift cards to places of their choice. We are proud of our staff and they receive ongoing professional development and intensive in field training. I am saddened by this post, because we just had check-ins and asked each and every staff to express concerns or positives they had over a variety of topics concerning the company and we did not hear once about anything that was posted. Please reach out to management with any concerns and we will try to be accommodating to your schedule, training and overall employment experience.
