Pros

There are not any pros.

Cons

To much GM and owner drama that they take out on employees. You apply for one job and once you’re in you do the whole running of the hotel. At minimum wage. There is no room for advancement and no room for pay upgrade. This job should be the easiest stress free job ever. Thanks to management it is NOT.
