New Management is too busy trying to be mates with everyone instead of providing meaningful guidance and support to the team. Throwing money at the team only buys short term happiness, not sure who is managing who. Staff do what they want when they want, Team Leaders are overworked and will burn out, clearly no fun doing all the hard work whilst someone else takes the credit.
