Leadership is incompetent and indecisive. Priorities kept shifting at the last minute, and they were the main reason why tasks kept getting accomplished at a snail’s pace. What’s even more frustrating is the fact that they blame employees instead of taking accountability whenever we fall behind schedule.

Decision-making was slow and often reversed. Ideas moved forward tentatively, then stalled or changed direction without clear reasoning. This created hesitation and limited momentum. Instead of execution, much of the effort went into re-evaluating choices that had already been made.
