      Pros

      Salary always credited on time, overall good working experience with peers, relatively great pay compared to others.

      Cons

      Company has let go so many employees gradually. You would know about it on the day itself you are being terminated or laid off. No other compensation to be received other than your last pay from the company.

      Pros

      -benefits -ability to build solutions from the ground up, rather than working within a lot of current processes -my peers were all very kind, wonderful people

      Cons

      -limited resources -limited budget -lots of projects that ended up never taking off because executive leadership changes their mind rapidly, resulting in hours and effort lost -unclear direction and goals from leadership, which caused projects to shape differently than expectations (which were never communicated) -lack of respect from managers to their direct reports -high attrition
