Pros

The salary felt reasonable at first when assigned fewer tasks, but the workload kept increasing nonstop. You end up stuck working long hours because the deadlines are far too tight and the workload never stops growing.

Cons

- Even when you try to avoid overtime and just have a normal, manageable workday, it becomes impossible. - You are constantly forced into long hours because there are simply too many deadlines piled on at once. - It feels completely out of control. - The managers are not fit for their roles at all. - There is a clear lack of competence, weak leadership skills, and an awful attitude that makes everything worse. - This is not someone who should be in management.

Great people and benefits, plus some favoritism

Pros

Awesome people, beautiful office, good benefits. Mostly balanced working culture with some long hours but nothing too crazy. Company doing well despite major competitors across all business lines.

Cons

Fragmented teams, difficult to work cross-functionally. Blatant favoritism at play by senior leadership in some orgs like CS and PDE. Remote culture suffering.
