      -Will have some variable bonus according to company performance -Will have some company events

      Cons

      -Tyrant HOD in HLC department that enforced his team culture, e.g. must buy drink during lunch for everyone in the department -Toxic work environment and super micromanagement, e.g. stalking your behaviour during work hour -Highest turnover rate compared with other departments -Salary increment based on how obedient you are instead of job performance
