Pros
Co-workers were good people. Fun to work at a startup. Pay was okay.
Cons
Ineffective, poorly implemented ERP systems. Upper-level management that strongly emphasized production over quality and compliance. Business processes and inventory systems that were an afterthought. Sales team made unrealistic promises to clients. Lack of desks or office space.

Not many pros to this company honestly other than you can grow experience quickly because you are expected to handle everything all the time.
Cons
CEO has no idea what he is doing and chooses to fight employees on anything and everything. Most mentally abusive company i have ever been apart of. Upper management will belittle employees and send threatening emails regularly. Would not recommend at all.
