Pros
The front line staff was committed to doing their job well, and serving the youth to the best of their ability.
Cons
Upper management is completely untrustworthy, inauthentic, and has their own hidden agenda. They're superficially nice, while making decisions that negatively impact staff, play favorites, etc The Board is unfortunately wrapped around upper management's finger; staff have gone to them to file complaints, to no avail. Money isn't managed well, either. Their relationship with their primary funder is tenuous at best - I wouldn't be surprised if they lost a significant amount of their funding in the near future.
