Pros
9/80 Schedule, great people, minimal meetings to maximize dev time, Flexible time off, pay was great, employee discount stacks on top of other discounts.
Cons
Company direction changed. Jobs were no longer secure. Getting rid of 9/80 schedule in 2025. Layoffs pretty much every quarter. Lots of turn around in upper management within my two years.
