Pros
Good training, induction and other available training.
Cons
Too many to list, low pay, slandering in teams about each other, teams don’t work together always backstabbing. Treated extremely badly by service users and families, no respect at all, terrible staff turnover, stay well away if you want to stay alive and keep your mental health in order. Job was completely mis sold.
