      - Remote - Exciting web3 space - Passionate colleagues, who are willing to help

      Cons

      - No insurance/benefits - Indian team is very cliquish resulting in lack of communication between teams - Lack of structure, resistant to suggestions regarding processes - Product keeps changing, unclear revenue model - Inexperienced founders who don't provide direct feedback, they provide feedback through HR

      Can't think of anything tbh

      Cons

      Product keeps changing, they like jumping on hype trains and pressurising employees to comply with absolutely zero benefits and not even close to industry standard compensation. They want top quality work but aren't willing to pay top quality dollar.
