Pros
Matching an animal that has no home to a new family / owner was extremely rewarding. Caring for these animals and bonding with them and seeing them thrive was great too. The Adoption Centre staff team worked extremely hard together and support each other tightly, which becomes vital to your survival
Cons
There is absolutely no communication and the training is terrible and rushed, and in a position where you are dealing with the public you need full managerial support. You are expected to make decisions without support - but then undermined by having these reversed. The building is old and the facilities are not good enough, and the place is dirty
