On Day-1 at work, I was given a Welcome Pack by our HR team and the HR Director personally gave me a run down on our corporate company org chart, as well as our Spore different team roles. All the colleagues from various dept were very helpful and patiently guiding me, esp on our system processes. Also, the HR team has enrolled me in many online courses (via Absorb), whereby I have a much deeper and better understanding on our products, competitors info, etc.. The culture here is very different from all my past SME companies which I have worked before, whereby you feel like part of the big family the very first day you joined and their door is always open for you anytime when you need help or advice, be it at the colleague or management level. I hope such good practice will continue in this company so that every employee will enjoy working in this company, well done !!
