      Stay away - shady and dishonest owners

      Lots of responsibilities, good office location

      Cons

      Absolutely no leadership, the CEO lacks any business experience, employees have to complete tasks outside of job description, no communication between departments, outsourced team in Eastern Europe (time difference takes a toll on productivity), no room for growth, no work/life balance, no direction

      The other people in the company.

      Cons

      Management is awful. They have no idea what they are doing. Really, really, really bad. Constantly overselling and under delivering to clients and leaving you high and dry to explain to the client why they are wrong. Treat their employees like garbage. Never ending promises that are never kept. Management has an exploitative nature. Short and late commission checks.
