Pros

BSN has very innovative products, which I believe will capture market, especially Asia. It's good time to join BSN and help in getting broader enterprise community to adopt BSN products.

Cons

I joined BSN as PEO staff as BSN do not have entity in Singapore, which I feel a bit different from my peers in US, although I enjoy the similar benefit as US staff.

Unlimited time off, passionate peers, product management welcomes feedback

Cons

A lot of pressure on sales to hit their number. If you do hit your number, you are punished with an insane quota next half. Unrealistic metrics pushed onto sales by people behind computers with no idea how the field team actually operates. And scale back on the number of meetings all the reps are required to attend weekly.
