      Pros

      I will have to spend months/years to find some good point for this company.

      Cons

      Its a big blot on the name of TATA Elixi i must say!!! The owner(Mr. MD) of this company is more interested in knowing what others talk about rather than focusing on the work. His favourites are those who will perform this task of telling him "who is saying what"! CCTV cameras are installed inside the working place just to monitor who is sitting with whom and for how long and doing what??? Very unprofessional working environment with no streamlined HR policies. My only advice to the new joinees would be, if you are not getting job anywhere, then also don't think for this company. Now you will see more positive feedbacks coming post this feedback. They will ask their employees to write positive feedbacks to negate this :)

      Enough room to try out new ideas

      Pros

      As a technical lead, one of the biggest pros for me was that new ideas are taken up quite enthusiastically. I have personally implemented many IT solutions because the firm was new at my location. Over all my 1.5 years were pretty good here.

      Cons

      People can get to know each other better. But then when there are departments it happens everywhere.

      Pros

      Been with the firm in the for a while now. Here are some of the best qualities of this firm in my experience ; 1.) A dynamic work culture which has a young yet experienced team. 2.) Has one of the best employee incentives structures. 3.) The management is easily approachable. 4.) Quick resolution of employee queries and concerns. 5.) Employees are never pressured but pro-activeness is always welcomed. 6.) The firm deals in cloud-telephony, a market that's growing and so is the firm. 7.) Has been incubated by TATA Elxsi. This dramatically improves the career opportunity. Having worked in Startups and MNCs , somehow I feel this company has managed to bring in the best of both worlds. In my opinion if you are not lazy and have an ambitious outlook, BigV has ample opportunities.

      Cons

      As an experienced professional, no firm is perfect. But I have not noticed any out of ordinary cons worth mentioning.
