Overall, I had a very positive experience and learned a lot during my time here. I genuinely enjoyed the day-to-day work and the people I worked with. I’m leaving for natural career progression, and I would still recommend BigChange as a great place to join—especially for engineers looking to grow in a supportive and capable team environment.
