      Passionate group of individuals, strong product lines that make a difference. Client centric culture although bottom line is king. Friendly environment and fun company events,

      Cons

      Employees feeling overwhelmed due to work volume and constant change seen as an individual problem not a management one. Management pulling in different directions instead of acting as a whole adding more pressure to employees to make everything happen.

      Good people to work with in the team

      Cons

      Poor planning, bad management, horrible return to office policy. Underlying issues never addressed and employee satisfaction is never prioritised, well under inflation pay rises for the last three years.

      Great people to work with. Good culture in and out of the office.

      Cons

      Ill-informed decisions made that will detrimentally effect their workers (now and in the future). Management wouldn't listen to tried , tested and documented advice, leading to a large sum of money thrown away.
