      Too frequent changes of "focus" and "direction"

      Pros

      Very good discovery and classification engine, with lots of potential as a platform.

      Cons

      Needs to pick a focus area, and get really, really good at it. Stop introducing new features and apps that only address half the business use case.

      Since joining BigID in 2024, I've been impressed by the company's rapid growth and expansion, both internally and externally. The pace of business aligns perfectly with the company's trajectory. It's clear that BigID has assembled a talented team of like-minded individuals who consistently bring innovative ideas and best practices to the table.

      Cons

      The current sales approach appears to be comprehensive and beneficial for the entire client organization, which can extend the sales cycle. To streamline the process, it would be helpful to offer "Value-Meals" - pre-packaged solutions that companies can quickly adopt as a temporary measure before making final decisions about more customized solutions.
