      Great potential but unappreciative owner

      Pros

      -good pay considering -always busy with clients (commission based pay) Bike Tech is one of the busiest shops in Miami so there is always an opportunity to make money through sales.

      Cons

      -no opportunity for a raise No pay incentives for hitting goals or exceeding them. Owner is not an easy guy to work for.

      Pros

      Love for the sport of cycling.

      Cons

      Only 1 day off a week--Sunday (if the store doesn't have an event). Employees are all replaceable and they never let you forget it. Not a family business. Management is disrespectful to employees, but harsher to the mechanics. They don't pay you want you are worth and never give raises. Management speaks poorly of employees to other staff. Low moral, low pay, no respect.
