Binary Stream is an excellent place to work. This is an easy place to grow and develop skills due to the culture of open communication and open-mindedness. People aren't blamed for mistakes, instead the team works together to overcome challenges and recognize them as learning opportunities. The environment is very team focused. Everyone works together as a team to accomplish tasks. Employees are recognized and promoted from within where they can grow within their role in the company and always have the opportunity to be challenged. Also due to the size of the company there is opportunity for a lot of variety within your work. For example as a software developer in the same day I might work on development of features, working on a defect fix, designing a new product enhancement, or working on second level support helping troubleshoot issues a customer is having. Overall, Binary Stream is a great place to work and grow your career in an environment where you can have a good work-life balance and enjoy your job.
