      - Flexible working hours - No bureacracy, no politics, everyone treated fairly and equally - Exciting global team

      Cons

      - Alot of documentation is in mandarin and although it is a global company, many Chinese colleagues do not have working level english proficiency - Internal systems and processes can be improved for better working efficiency
