Pros
• The founders are super approachable. There’s a structure in place, but it never feels like there’s a wall between you and the top. You can walk up and have a chat. • The team’s solid. Talented, kind, and fun to work with. Makes showing up to work easier. • You get access to some cool people, VCs, big-name founders, people you'd normally only read about. • There's real room to be creative. You can try crazy edits, pitch weird ideas, and people actually listen. • It’s collaborative. Whether you're new or experienced, you’re allowed to be in the room where things are decided. • Growth feels fast-paced. I haven’t seen major results yet, but the environment definitely pushes you forward
