Pros

There are no pros to this company. Avoid it at all costs.

Cons

Lies, deceit, scandal, you name it. I’ll break this down for you as simple as possible. Interview. Orientation. Business model. My advice to you. Let me just start by saying the product they’re selling does (somewhat) work. My grandmother owns one and I do believe in the actual product because I’ve seen it in action. The facade that you’ll be making $200k+ within 8 months, be able to live debt free, and travel the world at the drop of a dime is where I draw the line. Interview. I received a call on a Friday night after normal business hours to interview for this on a Saturday morning. This was a bit weird to me but I accepted and went to the interview the next day. They inform you of what you’ll be doing in a group setting - Going to pre-scheduled appointments to meet with clients interested in your product. No cold calling, no going door to door, etc. Cool. From there you fill out an application and then interview with the lead person one on one. He/she asks you about your qualifications for the job and if you can have (X) amount of references to practice on that are HOME OWNERS. Keep this in mind as it’s beneficial later. You agree and later that day they call you and say you’re hired! Come to orientation Monday from whatever time to whatever time. Orientation. They go over the products you’ll be selling, the benefits of each product and how useful they are, how you conduct the demos, the pay for different departments/positions, hours, appointments, etc. They also play a lot during orientation and it’s hard to take it serious. Hours upon hours just wasted. What they fail to communicate is that this is all a facade (for obvious reasons). They say “go to these appointments, do X amount per week and you get paid $XXX per hour and if the customer buys it, you get an extra $XXX on top of your hours worked. There is some truth to this. They quoted me $25/hr for 2 hours. That is true. But you won’t be getting any clients unless you find them yourself, or the people you’re doing these demos on refers you to someone. Otherwise YOU WILL BE MAKING ALL YOUR APPOINTMENTS ON YOUR OWN. The problem comes when you can’t find appointments because they’re not “booking them for you anymore”. Business model. What they tell you during orientation is their whole business model is centered around you going to pre-set appointments with companies that are interested in a demo and looking to buy the air purifier. While this might be somewhat true, there is a bigger picture to this. The ACTUAL business model is you brining them 6 references to test this product out on. THAT IS WHERE THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY. After a while you won’t be getting any more appointments and you’ll be in charge of setting your own to sell the BIG purifier. I’ve gone through enough of these reviews and sat through orientation to read through the lies about the company and confirm they are true. They will try to lure you in by saying you get promoted fast, the pay is great, you can pay your rent + more within two weeks of working here — this is entirely TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. Their job is to sell you this dream and profit off you bringing them references. Let me lay it out for you – They sell 3 different products. A small, medium, and large version of the purifier. All extremely overpriced for what they are. The small and medium products they probably barely profit off of because they tend to give them out for free after a demo. They make their money off the large purifier. Regarding the fact that it’s so expensive most people usually FINANCE it over (x) months depending on their credit (which is why you need to bring 6 references that OWN homes. Home owners = dual income = good credit (majority of the time)). The sales people are good – some of the best I’ve seen I will say that. They will entice you about how many cars, properties, vacations, etc. you can take or have just to brag on how easy the job is. It’s all fake. They even “promote” people around your age to make you believe in the company/business model during the orientation. You’ll be making little to no money off this and it’s probably best you keep looking for employment somewhere else. My advice to you. Keep looking for employment somewhere else. You might make the $400 of the first 6 references you bring them but other than that it’ll be hard for you to actually make money, and next to impossible to make the money they talk about you making. If I’m going to spend hundreds/thousands of dollars on an air purifier it’s 100% going to be a Dyson. Not this. I don’t even own a Dyson product but I trust the brand more than I do with this one, because of this whole gimmick they’re trying to sell. And you also have to think.. if this product is 99.9999% as effective as they say it is, why don’t they have the marketing Dyson does? Why have I NEVER heard of them? Why don’t they have the infrastructure to support an operation like this and why are they taking this approach to sell these products? If it seems to good to be true, it is. Also, let me make this extremely clear, I was not fired from this company. I’ve been hearing that they say they “fired” their employees that wrote a review to Glassdoor. These reviews are 100% anonymous. I simply quit after 3 days because I read these reviews and saw everything unfolding in real time and refused to let myself stay any longer.

Pros

None at all . They will seem legit at first because you applied from indeed or any job app and they hand out docs but please don’t do the mistake I did and give em the benefit of the doubt.

Cons

RUN . They will sell you a dream and he uses the people he talks about “trainees” that they been there for so long and that they get paid really good but poor souls really been there for so little just trying to get their money that they wont pay them . Its sad man don’t believe the lies , they will tell you $25/hr .it wont be , it will be according to him $15/hr for seminars and they get appts for you , ALL LIES the product dont got relevancy at all if u search up any tiktok vids or ig vids or accounts its all low numbers and low traffic . Then he will tell u at first you will accompany them poor trainees for demos but then switches it up by saying you gotta get 6 clients and you’ll get an extra $400 and blah blah blah. THATS HOW THEY GET THEIR CLIENTS its all a scam game so please dont apply and if your already there looking for reviews run dont waste your time.
