Toxic Leadership Overshadows Great Coworkers
Pros
Great coworkers — many employees are talented, supportive, and dedicated. Some long-term employees bring valuable knowledge and experience but get overlooked by upper management (President/CFO).
Cons
Title: Poor Leadership and Toxic Culture After Restructuring Review: I do not recommend working at Bio-Med Devices. The company underwent major restructuring, and unfortunately, the leadership direction shifted in a way that no longer aligned with strong values or a healthy work environment. Poor leadership has created an atmosphere lacking teamwork, respect, and professional growth. Upper management - bad attitudes and throws tantrums. If you are seeking a workplace where you can thrive, develop your skills, and feel supported, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Bio-Med Devices is not the place for long-term career growth or a positive work experience. Poor Leadership and No Respect for Long-Term Employees. Restructuring Ruined the Culture. Not a Place for Growth or Respect. Poor leadership and direction after restructuring. Very unorganized. Long-term employees (25+ years) are overlooked and not respected for their contributions. Lack of teamwork and recognition from management. Very limited opportunities for professional growth or advancement. No support for advancement — certifications, training, or Microsoft program development are not offered. Very limited career growth or promotion opportunities. Culture no longer supports a healthy or collaborative work environment. Upper management lacks professionalism — no confidentiality, frequent gossip, and unprofessional behavior. Trust and loyalty are gone at Bio-Med Devices, and employee morale is extremely low. I cannot in good conscience give this company any ratings below. Culture no longer supports a healthy or collaborative work environment
