Hyper-toxic environment. Strong culture of blame and finger pointing encouraged by leadership and masked as holding people accountable. Job stability is that of building a house on wet sand. may stand for a second but not meant to last. Spent all their money rebranding so your job may disappear tomorrow as well.

There is no Pros. However, if you are non-qualified and can do poloitics, you are good. You do not need to do anything.

1. Leaders do not know how to run, so all stressed will be on you 2. Leaders are not knowledgeable, so you wont learn anything and grow your career. 3. No Job secuirity, Scientist come and leave/lay off in every 6 months. 4. I could tell worst thing, but do not want to waste time for this sh**
