      Peaceful workplace with great ambience Great Teamwork and management

      Cons

      - Sufficient resources have hindered the ability to complete tasks efficiently and effectively - The expectation to work beyond 6:00 pm every day without the provision of overtime compensation - Periodic salary is being paid late by two to six months, often resulting in only one month's salary being paid at a time, while the remaining amount is delayed further.

      I am working in marketing since one year and in my experience senior management is always ready to support, Great team work and helpful colleagues, Guidance is always provided by Siddharth Sir and Phijo Sir as they are always available and ready to help with the smallest of queries. With their help and support even the most critical task becomes easy and manageable

      Cons

      Just like any other organization challenge will always be part and parcels of the job but with help of everyone support situations are neutralised
