Pros
Flexible hours, business is always changing, room for growth. Soon to be updated 3rd campus at Westport (APR2016). It seems that most of these negative reviews are from people who have been let go. Trust me this place is a good place to work in a great location. They have really flexible hours, and are always willing to work with you.
Cons
Not many. The pay is low for certain positions, but seems to be improving. 3rd campus was terrible, but is being taking care of.
