Great opportunity for entry - mid level. They hire in at a decent wage. Organizational departments operate in silos, with direct reporting to multiple managers within the same.
Cons
Culture there can be very cofusing - expected to perform duties that are not part of position description. Annual raises are below industry standards. Reporting to multiple managers can get confusing and be problematic.
