      Friendly colleagues, great events organised internally for staff

      Cons

      Overqualified for the job, my manager was younger and less experienced than me, i offered to do more for them as my job was well below my capabilities but my offer was rejected. Obvious cost cutting with travel is really a cheap skate mentality that saves you bucks in the short time but sticks in the heads of staff in the longer term...
