Company tried to push the new product and launch it quickly

Cons

- Unfortunately some of the products are really not ready to be launched, some flaws need to be sorted out before commercialisation - Management does not listen to his ground people, feedback was generally ignored and disregard. - Layoff is frequent and sense of insecurity is always there

I wish I could say that there were some pros to working at Bioquell but that would not be true.

Cons

Horrible management, dishonest company, lack of communication, treats employees outside of Horsham office unfairly.
