I am sorry that this is your experience and perception of B2. Myself and the rest of the senior leadership work so hard to foster an engaged culture focused on building trust through collaboration and professional development, so I feel badly that you don't feel this.
I welcome any feedback that you may have around mid-level staff. Currently, we have trainings dedicated to enhancing skill sets, lunch and learns on new trends, an informal mentor program and a robust formal review process. Importantly, there are mandatory trainings for our account leads and senior leads to ensure that we are creating and fostering healthy, positive management styles.
I agree that we have a strong Graduate Trainee (GT) program and some pretty amazing GTs. Wanted to clarify one small point – all of our GTs are hired as full-time employees from day one because we want them to feel our commitment to their career from the get go.
At the end of the day - If possible, I would like to find a way to enhance your experience at B2 - please swing by to chat.

Biosector 2 is a hidden agency gem that I wish more people knew about. The agency is filled with bright, smart, savvy people and the flat structure (no walls, no titles) fosters growth among its employees. Clients come to B2 because the employees genuinely care about healthcare and their business, and employees come here because they have a passion for healthcare and creating and executing innovative programs. Agency culture thrives off of collaboration, free lunch and out of office bonding time, both company-sponsored and not. Work/life balance is important to senior leadership, which extends down to junior staff.
Cons
Benefit coverage is great; the per paycheck cost of the coverage is much higher than other agencies.

Hidden gem … love that! I’m glad you enjoy the people as much as I do and appreciate the “secret sauce” of our fantastic culture. Thank you for your feedback on our compensation structure. We do yearly compensation benchmarking to ensure we’re in line with other agencies (which we are). As you know, we also conduct reviews to ensure that individual contributions are recognized. That said, I’d be happy to talk through your situation specifically. Please feel free to reach out to me! - Shauna
People-focused, transparency across groups, supportive atmosphere, fun culture, focus on persona growth and development
Cons
Low pay, benefits constantly changing and not that great (insurance, etc...), new managers coming in trying to change culture and creating culture of distrust and cliques
