What USED to be a great company is now just a shell of its former self
Pros
Free food and great company events. SOME of the colleagues here are really awesome.
Cons
1) You'll be facing the worst set of "leaders" you'll ever meet in your career. They are extremely indecisive of what they want to achieve for the company and will make you the scapegoat and throw you under the bus when things are not looking their way. 2) Some colleagues are so power hungry to look good in front of these pathetic/ gullible bunch of leaders that they'll "kill" you in the process. 3) There is NO such thing as LOYALTY or tenure-ship to these leaders. You'll be treated like just another pawn on the board. 4) Stock options are just a con and totally worthless. You would "live" long enough at the company to vest these stocks. 5) Sales people are often left to fight among themselves while working on the same deal as there is no proper process in place and quotas are being changed in the quarter to make it un-achievable. 6) Unethical practice from the leadership team in handling HR matters. Consider everyday might be your last day at this company. You'll be kicked out without any proper documentation or warning.
