      Bitsight prioritises the well-being, growth, and satisfaction of its employees as a core business strategy. Moreover, the company has a very honest mindset when it comes to promoting its capabilities, focusing on itself rather than trashing and diminishing competitors.

      Cons

      As a scale-up, Bitsight faces the normal challenges of investment prioritisation typical of businesses at this stage in their growth journey.

      Smoke in mirrors - things are NOT what they seem

      Pros

      Cyber security is fast-paced and interesting. However, there are many vendors that offer the same products & services so there's nothing truly unique about BS security scores/ratings.

      Cons

      After significant layoffs, morale is at an all-time low and employees do not trust the direction of company given the uncertainty in the market and questionable new executive leadership hires over the past 8-9 months.
