I have had a fantastic experience working at Bizforce / SHAPE. The work-life balance here is exceptional, allowing me to manage my professional and personal life effectively. Plus, you get to spend quality time with your family. My client provides a strong sense of security by trusting in our capabilities and supporting our work. This trust fosters a positive and productive environment. My colleagues are a pleasure to work with. We enjoy each other's company, and there is a strong sense of camaraderie and teamwork. Whenever someone needs help, we are always there for each other, making it a truly collaborative and supportive workplace. Overall, Bizforce / SHAPE is an excellent place to work, and I am grateful to be a part of such a wonderful team.

No job security as they will toss you once there is a negative feedback instead of coaching or training you first and proceeds to termination. Management is toxic too

Salary is above Philippines rate, but it could be better/improved. Company listens. Sometimes onboarding can take time. Company is growing.

Cons

It gets lonely working from home, sometimes workload and expectation from client gets you stressed.
