      Pros

      Comments for Bizzy Digital arm; - Performance driven culture that does not sacrifice long term mindset - Flat organization, encouraged to speak up and take ownership on leadership - Right mindset around creating technology and value for the future instead of a "pseudo startup" generating numbers which adds no real value to the users (both supply side and demand side)

      Cons

      - Messy (but which startup isn't) - Leadership changes shrunk the organization too thin during COVID, missed some fundamental organizational building in tech team - A relic of the past sadly; post acquisition with Warung Pintar, things have changed too dramatically

      Fast-Paced and Lean Hierarchy

      Pros

      Like many start ups the nature of work is fast paced and have a lean hierarchy which means that each role has a larger set of reponsibility and decision making power.

      Cons

      Office is located in the suburbs. The work culture is more iterative, people make mistakes but processes are put in place from learnings from the mistakes.
