Pros

- Growing company, which could present opportunities to grow alongside them (assuming one approves of the poor work culture here, else working here could setback one's own growth instead). - Some colleagues were friendly enough. - Ample parking space and eateries outside of the office building.

Cons

- Very hierarchical, feels more like an old-fashioned bureaucratic corporation than a startup. - Slow escalations process (e.g. lack of trust to leave decision-making to even experienced subordinates, higher-ranked person is a bottleneck in getting tasks done, poor responsiveness to escalations). - Uncompromising (not in a positive way) complaints resolution approach. - Loss of temper in both public and private setting. - Snapping at questions or suggestions (missing the point in hiring field-experienced people). - Having to stay back after work hours while being berated for being "inefficient" (showing lack of appreciation for those who try to complete tasks rather than leaving on the dot with tasks being incomplete, and no, the tasks usually could not be completed within working hours as much as one were gaslighted into thinking that it was one's alleged incompetence that causes the completion of tasks to take a long time). - Meetings and task assignments at impromptu times (delaying BAU tasks in an already narrow timeline) or after work hours. - Barrage of messages with criticisms even before work day starts or on off days. - Infantilization and use of profanities in criticisms. - Threats to micromanage. - Bragging about issued warning letters, PIPs or termination. - Bragging about allegedly "high salary", despite the basic salary being nothing to shout about, with minimal to no benefits alongside. - Lack of respect for staff in general (e.g. making fun of an interview candidate mentioning work-life balance as a goal). - Having to repeatedly follow up on salary and expenses disbursements. - Hesitation from colleagues to take time in training and helping each other, since there is often public berating if one was "slow".

Pros

Great colleague and friends. Very helpful seniors

Cons

Working here as admin and CS and I tell you will never have work life balance anymore. only work. Working hours supposed to be on 9am -6pm but you always have to go back late because they gave you unachievable daily KPI so you have to finish it until late night until 12pm, then you can go home. Not to mention if you dont achieve or make a mistake warning letter will be issued straight away and then they terminate you instantly without any reason. They say have incentive and OT but they dont even pay it. Some worker they hire as contractor means that they have no EPF and socso and even AL. When you want to take leave u have to take unpaid leave. Need to check contract properly. Very toxic management always finds fault in worker and likes to terminate people. When you enter there is no proper training whatsoever, 1st day of training after that have to start working already with very high KPI. Lost of people resign daily.... save yourself and dont apply here!!

Pros

Easy in, easy out Fast in, fast out Supportive colleagues

Cons

- Goal post keeps moving. Sets kpi in the morning, changes goal right at the end of your shift time. - barely any training given. They expect you to learn fast, survive on your own and work extra hours for free as long as the chats are cleared - dishonest and manipulative terms in letter - compulsory to work off days - very high turnover rate. It's a norm to hear your colleagues say someone is leaving on a weekly basis - expect to be treated like a bot, not a human :)

Pros

Nothing pros in this company. Even senior also can backstabbed you.

Cons

No proper training yet you need to be perfect or else you will terminate. Management likely to terminate you without any reason. This company is very high turnover, ive been so many companies with 6 years experience but i never encounter such high volum turnover like in BJAK. You MUST work in PH also and your off day also will not in weekend ya. Basically you will work like a slave without any rest because if you want to take a leave then it will be unpaid leave.

Pros

Bjak is an extremely fast-growing company and a good place to work. Training processes are great and really help people to feel comfortable in each position. The managers are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate to helping you if needed. Because Bjak is growing so rapidly, there are a lot of changes that happen fairly frequently. Overall a great place to work.

Cons

Nothing much to say though

Pros

- Free parking available - Good Salary - Work From Home arrangements - Good and fun colleague

Cons

- Medical benefit and insurance is lacking - No career growth - KPI in the team was set without proper discussion with everyone in the team. No documentations was made and since there was no black and white, the KPI keeps changing without everyone's knowledge. - The staff's voice was unheard, the higher ups refused to listen to their employees suggestions or proposal. The communication between the bosses and the staff is always a distance very unapproachable. - Staff is underappreciated - The office interior is very bad and it's very inappropriate for an office. It feels like working in a factory or manufacturing company instead. There's no receptionist, no proper office signage, no waiting area, bad pantry area, it is really REALLY bad. - The company will mostly likely issue you warning letter in the facade of under performed within the first month, it is actually a termination but if you fight over it they will give you the warning letter. Truly unfair treatment. There was no proper training and development given either, guidance to do your work right. No mercy was given. - No proper on-boarding. HR in this company is seen as almost never taking care of the staff. Only following whatever the bosses were saying and never try to protect the staffs rights and welfare. - No qualified lead or manager for my department. We received direct orders from the top and most of the times it resulted in unclear direction. All orders were given to us without proper explanation or details just through a simple sentences in telegram. People here doesn't practice emails much, in my team especially. - Mental health is bad as you will be thinking of what will happen to you next and will you are able to go through this day, tomorrow and the next knowing you will be called out by the HR and be sacked whenever. - Everyone is replaceable here. This company has a very high turn over rate. Everyone will search for different job after a few days or a month working here. - HR forgotten about the day I joined the company and they expected me to join another day. After that I got to know there are cases where the HR forgot that there are supposed to be new joiners joining the company. People leave after 1 or 2 days joining the team, is a normal sight here. Not because of the individual but the company itself. - There are a lot more negative experience that I had, but those above are the ones that I think should be mentioned.
